The negotiations were successfully concluded and the purchase agreement was signed by all parties on August 23, 2024. The closing is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With this acquisition, Coil Innovation GmbH strengthens its market position and expands its product portfolio with innovative solutions and valuable technologies from Haase GmbH.
